Internet Explorer 11
Internet Explorer 11's new compatibility mode management appears not to work for some users of this browser causing menus to be partially hidden and some links not to work. At the time of writing there is no published workaround and we strongly advise users to use another browser.
Downloading In Chrome
Some anti-virus software can prevent more than one file being downloaded when using Chrome. We find the easiest way around this is to use a different browser for downloading (rather than start messing with your anti-virus settings).
